The Shepherds Connection is an organization for senior pastors and spouses who are serious about the call of leading God’s people into their destiny, which requires a lifestyle of integrity, humility, honesty, and excellence.

It was created to help pastors achieve their maximum potential for the kingdom of God, connect with other church leaders, and get wide-ranging pastoral support in matters from marriage to ministry to emotional health.
